Rand, Steve

Steve Rand recently has completed his BFA in New Media from the Hartford Art School in Hartford, CT. Most of his work deals with the influences we have on each other as well as our environment that surrounds us, such as the classic man vs. woman theme, the victimization of individuals in terms of a larger cultural structures or circumstances, and sexual identity and how it relates to personal expression.
