Gerard, Christian Anton

Christian Anton Gerard has been awarded two work/study scholarships from the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference, an Academy of American Poets prize, and Free Lunch Magazine’s Rosine Offen Memorial Award. Some of his recent poems appear or are forthcoming in Poetry East, Orion, Potomac Review, Faultline, Phoebe, Harpur Palate, and Waccamaw. He received his MFA from Old Dominion University and currently lives with his wife, Lucy, in Knoxville, TN, where he is a doctoral student in English at the University of Tennessee.
