Forman, Fran

Fran received her BA from Brandeis University, an MSW at Simmons, and an MFA from Boston University. Between her professional life and raising two daughters, Fran continues to create her personal art, combining her illustrative and photographic skills with a passion for surrealism, paradox, assemblage, the non-human world, and the dislocations of time and place. A Resident Scholar at the Women’s Studies Research Center at Brandeis and a recent recipient of several grants, Fran’s work has been exhibited and honored nationally and internationally.
