Arroyo, Rane

Rane Arroyo is the author of seven books of poetry and one book of short fiction. His newest collection is The Buried Sea: New & Selected Poems (University of Arizona Press). Of his many awards, his personal favorites are the Carl Sandburg Prize in Poetry, the University of Toledo Outstanding Professor of the Year, and the John Ciardi Poetry Prize-each of them won at opportune times to encourage him to continue his path. He lives and writes in Toledo, OH and serves as co-Vice President of AWP.
